Our production process

One of spinoa's mission is cultivate a better world. For this reason, we work directly with artisanal farmers from Burkina Faso and France that match our vision about good nutrition and ecosystem preservation. They produce spirulina in a controlled environment, using a low-temperature drying process (under 42°), so the microalgae can keep alive all its nutritional qualities. Our main purpose as a company is to achieve a balance between farming and replenishing, producing a sustainable food for a sustainable future.

How spirulina enriches the environment?

The spirulina production has a particular benefit: does the oxygen cycle like trees. In other words, while we cultivate this superfood, oxygen is being produced through our plantation and consequently, consumes carbon dioxide. So not only, the production is clean and sustainable responsible but it can also give us benefits in terms of enriching our planet's environment. Therefore, by promoting spirulina we are also promoting a balanced and healthy lifestyle, respecting our planet and keeping the environment safe for the next generations. Maybe the future’s planet is in the kitchen and in our daily choices.
