Spirulina furnizeaza doi dintre cei cinci nutrienti esentiali ce se afla in orice regim bogat in fructe si legume. Spirulina contine de 20 ori mai mult betacaroten fata de morcovi (provitamina A) si de 40 de ori mai mult fier decat spanacul, regele legumelor bogate in fier ! De asemenea, spirulina este foarte bogata si in vitamina K. Vorbim asadar despre o alga-leguma !

5. Spirulina impotriva oboselii

E urat afara, e gri si e frig. Iarna nu este anotimpul cand ne simtim cel mai in forma, din contra, simtim senzatia de moleseala si de oboseala destul de des.
